i was so pleased to have been taught the seven steps of power by susan, the manager. she was so professional on the phone. she really made me feel important and enlightened. her book has to be amazing based on my experiences with her! i will definitely buy it. i just put in a complaint to the better business bureau because of how pleased i was by her services. when she said to me ""hire a lawyer"" i really respected her insight on the situation and willingness to talk things out. and then when she said"" i have much more important people to talk to other than you"" i felt empowered and could tell she really cared about me as a paying customer and a person. And as a customer of hers for almost two years now, i know shes got my back, even if she is putting a knife in it. thanks susan for teaching me to say ""i love my life"" and mean it. you really are an inspiration. i wish you all the best.
