Review content:
After asking the owner what their guarantee policy was on their work, meaning they guarantee against damage to my dress, the owner verbally said he guarantees it. But, when I asked if he had this posted somehwere in the store or on paper, he pointed me out the door and kicked me out! I had an expensive dress to be cleaned and wanted assurance that their work is guaranteed against any damages on their end. Obviously, if there were exisiting damages, of which there were none, this could be noted on the receipt. But, he didn't even look at my dress and simply refused to provide service. My guess is that the owner doesn't fully trust or have confidence in his own work! I went to another cleaner down the street thereafter who looked at the dress, had a sign posted with their policies, and explained what can be done and what is and isn't guaranteed and gladly accepted my dress for service. BEWARE of scare tactics like this owners! I will never return to this dry cleaner!
