Do not rent at 2585 Cramer Street, Birchtree Court Apartments, they have some of the laziest managers ever! not even kidding. first off when we moved in everything is supposed to be clean and ready to go but it was not. Behind the stove was disgusting, along w/ the stove and the exhaust fan(s)(caked on grease and who knows what else), the ceilings are buckling, the windows don't lock, there is an opening in the door where you can see right into the apt., in the bathroom, my god, theres mold growing on the tile(there when we moved in), some icky yellow stuff on the walls, you can see the toilet from the above apt., the air conditioner isnt working, the power frequently goes out, the internet is horrible! And worst of all when things go wrong we are told someone will come in but they do not, the garage door is always broken, you'd think at 60.00/ per car a month they would be able to keep it working. In my opinion if you like to have a nice place for the price do not move here, the rent is 645.00 and going up, ridiculous for the size and the service. The managers are some kind of bums they lay around all day like fricken hermits. When i rented this place I was new at renting and let me tell you i learned a thing or two about what to watch out for. BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN LOOKING AT THESE PROPERTIES!!
