About seven years ago, several people in my office recommended their dentist, Dr. Warwick. Even though he was on the more expensive PPO plan and not on my DMO plan, I decided to give him a try. On my first visit, the hygienist performed the usual cleaning and examination, but she also used high-tech widgets that I had never seen before and checked things that had never been checked at any other dentist?s office. After a week or so, I went back, and the doctor and I went through a comprehensive treatment plan that he had put together. The presentation was well prepared and presented. I was surprised by the amount of work that he recommended, but he had supporting photos and the answers to all of my questions. I hadn?t been to a dentist in several years, so what he said was believable. He came across as a straight shooter. He made recommendations, but he didn?t push. I went with the whole plan, and the doctor did some outstanding work!

I finally went for purely cosmetic work this year (sixteen veneers). A lot of cosmetic issues (crooked, worn, discolored teeth) were addressed. The doctor combined some very impressive high-tech wizardry with an artist?s eye to produce a dramatic difference. I couldn?t be more pleased with the result! The Cerec machine really made a big difference, and I wouldn?t recommend a job of this size without it. Aside from producing a cosmetically superior result, using Cerec saved a lot of time and spared me a great deal of discomfort.

An earlier reviewer commented about DIY insurance paperwork. It is true that the patient must pay the total up front and be reimbursed by the insurance company. This payment model differs from times past, but as I get frequent flier miles or cash back by using my credit cards, I can somewhat turn this practice to my advantage. I would add that Dr. Warwick?s staff immediately files the claim electronically with the insurance company. I generally receive a check from my insurance company within two weeks. I once didn?t receive a check, and Dr. Warwick?s staff followed up with my insurance company to resolve the issue.

His facility is posh, modern and comfortable. The technology is state of the art, and the wonderful staff treats me like a friend of the family. Dr. Warwick and his staff take the dread out of going to the dentist. Charges for routine work are slightly above what my insurance plan currently pays, but for me, the quality of service and environment that Dr. Warwick creates are worth the extra money. Highly recommended.
