This company was a nightmare to deal with. I prepaid a couple of months ahead and they overbooked the weekend of our event. The office staff tried to pressure me to change my delivery date as they had not scheduled our event for delivery and assembly (which I had paid extra for).. It took them 3 trips to deliver correct equipment and they took no responsibility for the problems. In fact, they threatened to disassemble equipment and take it back to the warehouse if I wouldn't sign a second contract on date of event (this contract was different from first contract I signed). They also coerced my 70 year old father into signing some document without my knowledge. Whatever you have to pay some other company is money well spent for peace of mind on date of your event.
