I called Cheaper Sweeper after receiving one of their coupons in the mail- $99 for a chimney cleaning. I called and explained to them that, due to the fact that my husband and I both work full time, I'd need an appointment early in the morning or late in the afternoon. They obliged and stated that they could have a technician come out at 8 AM on a Tuesday.
