Review content:
Figs was highly recommended by a trusted friend. This place is and off the beaten path, a bit homespun and eccentric but a very worthy gormet experience. In otherwords it's one of those rare good ""finds"" like discovering a very good family run restaurant while abroad.
The food is what its all about here and my date and I marveled at the freshness proper cooking of the fish, the complex and delicious flavotings and variety of ingredience that goes into every dish.
The service was friendly if not entirely professional as was the decore but that is the normal for this type of place and in can be though of as part of its charm. All in all it was a fantastic dining adventure that I would gladly repeat to try other things on the menu.
