I took my daughter and her friend today for a what I thought would be a beautiful ride through Tyler Park. (I had ridden out of this stable years ago). Fat chance. The girl at the desk, Lauren, was rude and confrontational. She never asked us for our riding ability, you see where this is going.... We were all totally mismatched with the horses we were given. My daughter's friend had little experience and she was very nervous b/c of the size of horse they gave her. She ended up falling off after the horse took off at the field after the bridge. She was too spooked to get back on so we all dismounted and had to walk all the way back to the barn. When we got back there was no one there to meet us or take the horses from us. Lauren came out of the barn and made a comment under her breath about how my daughter's friend was too little and she told me so! Great customer service, although I don't know why I expected anything out of her but grunting at this point. Oh and here's the best part they gave us an 11 year old as a trail guide! She was useless once the horses stopped cooperating. And I don't blame her b/c she is a CHILD how could I expect her to know what to do???? DON""T GO HERE, WASTE OF MONEY!!!! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!!
