The instructors lead all the classes with their own excellent quality examples and clear explanations of the poses, not just the names of the poses, but with clear explanations of the purpose of each pose, at the same time with gentle encouragement to strive for improvement and perfection for yourself. The environment and the chanting which begins each class is conducive to the spirit as well as the body to open to its potentials of itself.
