I recently dropped of a ribbon to be embroidered for my friend's wedding bouquet. The women working, Katie, we very friendly and helped me pick out a font for the monogram--it was especially difficult to choose because it was not for me, but for my friend's special day. She was very patient and gave good advice as I continued to flip through the book. Because this was a last minute idea, it was a rush order that was going from St. Paul to St. Cloud within 4 days and Katie helped to make sure she fully understood the idea of the ribbon and design so that the sewer could execute the plan quickly without having to contact me or the bride with further questions. The ribbon turned out perfectly and they took care of shipping it to St. Cloud only charging the exact postage. I highly recommend them for personalizing a gift in the future.
