Review content:
I took my car to Harvest with an electrical issue with my alarm system. I explained the details of the situation. I'm sure they (obviously) do not specialize in electrical issues, however they were confident in themselves to fix the problem. Their conclusion, the battery (that I informed them I had bought within the same year) was bad. They told me they could switch the battery, at a ridiculous price, and the problem would be solved. I told them that did not quite make sense to me, but they ensured me that the battery was the problem. They switched the battery, I kid you not, the very next day - my car would not start. The very same problems I had before were still occurring. I came to them with a wiring issue, not a battery issue. I'm not even a mechanic, and it's obvious to me that they made a poor decision. What did they do to fix this issue? Absolutely nothing. Do not go to Harvest Auto unless you are fine with wasting your money.
