Pizza Palace is great-- the kind of homy, family-owned restaurant you don't want to disappear. The pizza itself is really good, the traditional better than the Syrian. But what really sells this place is the service: iced mugs for beer, personal attention from a great waitress, a fun convivial atmosphere, outdoor seating. Once we went there and a local band was playing outside. Looked like people who just love music, probably not even getting paid. It's that kind of relaxed, neighborhood place-- love it!
