Review content:
I agree with the other reviews that mentioned the staff turnover. You have to question how well the staff are being treated if people are willing to quit their job in this economy. The owners will put their own spin on things, making it sound like everything is ""OK"". But I have had enough good and bad experience in child care to know that the amount of turnover from this center is more than just 'making room for more qualified staff'. Parents who are satisfied with this school are the ones that go along with whatever the owner wants. Put up any kind of resistance to what the owner's opinion is, and you will receive the cold shoulder from the owner.
The saddest part is that there are good teachers here, but how can they do their jobs well, if they are constantly being micromanaged and undermined?
Take it from some who has gotten the cold shoulder, a family run business does not guarantee a warm environment for kids or teachers.
