My sister and I went to Rimtyme for two reasons. She wanted new rims n tires for her car and I wanted to buy two new tires for my daughters 20"" rims. Several guys greeted us as soon as we came in but not in a vulture kind of way! Theron was our salesman and honestly, I'm not an easy sale! I HATE paying full price for anything! I swear I think I made that man show me every rim in that store AND the catalog and he never once lost his cool! Kevin was another guy that was helping Theron and he was just as nice! Both were very patient and explained the ins n outs of tires n rims to us both. As for check out, Brandon may never recover. But he was just as nice when we left as when we first walked in. I think we both got very fair deals and was not pushed into buying anything we didn't want. After all this, I didn't get my daughters car down there until 30 minutes before they closed. The wheels were changed n back on the car ready to go in less than 45 mins! BTW Garry rocks! He works in the back and was slammin n jammin! I whole heartedly recommend these guys to anyone! If your unsure if this is a fake review or not, ask them about me at the store n they'll tell you all about this experience! Except Brandon who may still be weeping in the back of the store somewhere :)
