I recently brought a dress to Ofelia, after trying other tailors in SC who said what I needed done could not be done. I had gotten a great deal on a gorgeous formal dress for the Marine Corps Ball, but it was not the right size( too small up top). I HAD to have it though, and because it came with a shawl, I was certain SOMEONE could help use tha material and add it to the top of the dress to make it fit. Well, thank goodness for Ofelia, because she said it COULD be done, and she made that dress look like it was custom made for me- and, in just a few DAYS!
