Well, I have finally moved out of this place, There are too many kids in the pool unsupervised, there is a smell of sewage infront of building A (APT1-24), the fire alarm would go off any time the power fluxuated at all, sometimes 3-4 times a day. the front lawn could use some seed, having a garage was nice, the Carbon Monoxide detectors go off at the drop of a hat, and management dosen't want to hear about the Range may be causing it, ""the detectors are just too sensitive"" so they don't do anything about that either, but they wonder why they have a 25% or better vacancy rate. 24 Hour service but you wait an hour plus for response. The fire dept I think was taking their sweet time getting there after so many false alarms. The outside was well groomed, they do need to hire someone to plow who is not from Florida, and has done it before, or at lease with sone common sense.
Pros: Garage, Pool, Pets welcomed.
Cons: Kids, Fire alarms any time of the day, smell of sewage
