I was new to this area and this dry cleaners was conveniently located so I thought I would give them a try. In short - they are AWFUL IN EVERYWAY - horrendous quality, poor customer service and terffible attitude. They basically ruined a number of my items - they completely discolored a skirt and stretched out a shirt . When I complained they grudgingly repeated the service and charged me again for the service, threatened me and tried to not give me my items back. I actually thought I was going to have to call the police because their attitude was so belligerent, .I cannot imagine why these people are still in business. While most dry cleaners in Florida are not terribly good, Clydes takes atrocious to a new level. This is a very good cleaners to avoid at all costs !!
