No wonder almost every table was empty except one other on a recent Friday evening there. Theirs wings are 7 for $7! Know anywhere else in Parkville that a dozen wings are a hefty $12 ?Normaally when you go to a restaurant on a Frid night at 6:30 pm, don't you have to wait for a table?? Not here, because they have virtually no customers, the barmaid was actually the waitress because it was so slow.Seems the owner, Ira Levy, can't pay the hired help within a reasonable time, I have a friend who is still waiting 3 weeks later to get paid.
