HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER! I had made a reservation 3 days before my birthday for 18 people and they informed me that they close at 9 but they would speak to the manager and arrange everything for me. I explained to them the movie I would be watching upstairs was letting out at 9 so I would be a couple minutes late and they assured me it would be okay. They called me earlier on the day off about the time and I stated the gentleman I had spoken to before said it would be okay. Later on that night we arrived at 9:09 and they refused to let my party in. They said they had called me twice, I looked down at my phone and saw no missed calls , so clearly they were lying. I stood outside on the phone with the manager while he stared at me cold and hard and hung up in my face. He refused to let us in, as I cried and had no where else to go but except across the street to take our business somewhere else to feed all my hungry guests. Horrible!!! I was even considering doing my wedding rehearsal dinner their that is out of the question now.
