If you're thinking of renting here the manager will want you to sign an estoppel for real estate broker showings because the entire community is for sale. The showings take place Monday through Friday. They used to take place every other month or so but now--since the market is up--or because our lease is soon ending, showings are scheduled nearly every day of the week. My daughter was home in bed one day. Forgot about showing. She was ill. The realtors are LOUD. They allow prospective buyers to roam freely in your unit and TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR PROPERTY??? Trying to find out if this is legal.
