I've gone here a couple times in the last week. Its always pretty quiet and not blisteringly cold like some of the Starbucks I've been to.\r

As for the tea, coffee and food, its fantastic. I generally drink Oolong which is hard to find in coffee/tea places (for whatever reason) but they have a very nice one (Oolong Kwai Flower). They also make a great cappucino which I consider a good measure for how well the barista knows his/her stuff. Not too much foam, but also foam that has staying power.\r

The food is great here. The Tour of Italy Panini is probably my favorite sandwich of any place I've ever been to. \r

As for the service, its fantastic. I ordered an Italian Soda today but they were out of club soda so the girl just gave me back my money and I went up to order something else. She comp'd me the cappucino I ordered since they didn't have club soda for the original drink I wanted. Thats the way to keep customers!
