These people are the BEST!!!
I?ve been a long time member of Dish Network (around 4 years) and recently moved up to the Tri Cities Washington area. I attempted to do the Dish Mover package and told the call center agent for Dish that I would need a tripod. So they scheduled the only retailer in the world that doesn?t install Tripods and they ended up canceling the appointment after I already took time off of work.
So I call up Columbia Basin Satellite (who I already had internet with) and they just happened to have a used Tripod lying around and were able to schedule in for noon on the same day.
These guys are awesome. They are friendly, professional, and just plain cool. They are the only ones I know that will set an actual appointment rather than give you a 4 hour window, won?t try to nickel and dime you, etc.
Dish Network owes Columbia Basin Satellite a lot, because I was so mad that I was going to switch to their competitor, and post nasty reviews online.
Thank you Columbia Basin Satellite you guys ROCK!
