I found the staff to very personable. My appointments have always been on time and prompt. Dr. Garg came in shortly after my blood draw and spent time to go over my medical history and discuss what has worked in the past. It was a pleasant repreive compared to the big city West Coast medical groups running a quantity mill with rude and sloppy practices. Many have no clue how bad medical practices can be and my wife is in high demand and has practiced medicine in about 30 facilities throughout the United States.
