Review content:
I purchased a truck apprx 3 months ago from this dealership. Me being a female I stated upfront to not sell me anything that will need repairs in 3 months. His salesman assured me that they would take care of everything and chk everything. I mentioned to him that the brakes seem to be off and maybe needed to be chk. His reply was they seem fine to me. If you feel uncomfortable about something don't make the mistake I did by signing before you insist on having it chk'd out. About 2 1/2 months later I'm having to pay for the same brakes I mentioned was bad. They say there is no way of telling when they sell the vehicle because they can't hear the brakes. After giving 3500 down and making 3 payments on the vehicle I'm stuck with it. I have no problem paying for something if it wasn't already mentioned before. I knew the tires was bad and I needed to buy a couple but I was assured everything else was dandy. They was nice enough to fix it for me but you have to pay for it by adding it to my bill or make payments on it with my next check. The owner says he did his part by allowing me to pay for it later. He claims he spent 1800 in getting it ready for me to begin with, I say my 9000 covers your 1800 by anyday. Business is business, RIGHT! Again the consumer loses when it comes to good business. They said it's only 200 to fix it, I say if it's only 200 and I mentioned the brakes needed work before leaving your establishment then why am I paying for it? You still made plenty of money off of me.
