I have used this company in the past and I was very disappointed. I had taken my unit in on a Thursday for repair. I was reassured I would get a call in 2-3 business days. I had called to check on the progress of my unit the following Monday. They told me that they still haven't received an estimate. I was concerned, but I left it up to the professionals. So I waited. I finally went in and had spoken to an employee (who was very grungy looking, REAKED of cigarette smoke and had a VERY HORRIBLE attitude) to check on the status of my unit. The employee, who was rather mouthy with me and his behavior was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. What kind of customer service is that?? He treated me like I was an ABSOLUTE IDIOT. I was VERY INSULTED. The Asian man who owns the place is a joke. Every time I had called asking for the owner he was either busy or out of the office. God forbid he had to deal with customers. Or problems of any kind for that matter. Thanks for nothing.
