When I found out I was moving to Arizona with just a few weeks? notice, I immediately contacted Triview to help find renters for my condo. Within two weeks, they were able to place renters in my home and the process could not have been easier. Nathan came out and took pictures, as well as handled scheduling the light maintenance/painting necessary prior to the tenants moving in. The agents were great about contacting me as they pulled up for showings so I could dash the dog park with high-maintenance yappy dogs. The actually lease signing took place while I was already in Arizona and I had absolutely nothing to deal with other than the news that I would be receiving rental income each month! It was an extremely easy and smooth process and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to place renters in their home. I am also using Triview as my management company, so they deal with collecting the rent, as well as any maintenance issues from the tenants. Working with Nathan and Triview would not be easier, as I literally sit back and collect on my investment while they take care of everything.
