Review content:
Incredibly unprofessional. The owner, Doug will completely avoid you if there is ever an issue. Voicemails do NOT get returned. Requests go unanswered for weeks. I was told on multiple accounts i would be receiving at least an email from Doug. The former assistant there had zero sense of responsibility, showed no remorse or any form of customer service. The replacement is ever worse. Was never contacted or called back. Getting maintenance work orders submitted is like pulling teeth. No sense of urgency. The ONLY good thing about that company is one of their agents, CANDICE GOHMAN, and a maintenance tech, Brian. Other than those two, the company is a joke and a waste of time.
