I had contacted this place for my daughter's wedding this past week and what a disaster!!!! They were an hour and a half late leaving me to try to find a caterer with 80 guests already seated and waiting for food! What disorganized unprofessional pieces of Sh-T! to add insult to injury after they finally showed up and I had El Indio racing around to cater the affair (which cost me an additional $150 to cancel after they showed) the help was serving guests and would be eating our food at the same time! And if that wasn't bad enough the didn't stop there and helped themselves to wedding cake! I wouldn't let these idoits cater for my dog! Totally unprofessional and unappologetic on the most important day of my daughter's life! Not to mention the unnecessary stress and strain it put upon both families when we faced this dilemma! Go to El Indio instead and leave Baja Tacos in the ghetto where they belong!!
