We have been going to Jacks since it opened and recently we feel that is been like we are just a number, In the beginning we were made to feel like we were the best customers in the world! Not anymore, The food is till really good but the new staff is like they are in a zombie zone, We recently had to ask for some more soda 3 times from different people before they finally brought it. Maybe a bad day but I will think twice before I make it my fist choice to take my family
