I would not reccomment that any one build a Lux-Klinker Home. They do not stand behind there work and their ""baggy book"" warranty or bible as they call is it not worth the paper it is printed on. We have lived in our home for almost 7 yrs and have had nothing but problems with the home in those 7 yrs. It is really bad when you are afraid to leave your house as you do not know what problem you will find when you get back. WE have had heating problems since day one, roof leak, new water heater within the first year, other plumbing problems which included jack hammering concrete in the living room and kitchen. Let me tell you, there is nothing worse than having a jack hammer tear up your living room and kitchen. If we could go back 7 yrs, I would NEVER have chosen Lux-Klinker to build our home. To me it is not a home anymore, it is a time bomb, we just wait for the next thing to go wrong and forking out more money to fix the next problem.
