My Husband & I have been searching for a rental home in Chattanooga & contacted this Company through an ad on Craigslist. Earlier this year we had contacted them on a previous ad & found out it was a fee for service listing (no details on home until you paid fee) so we were not interested. When we called today (nothing about the Company was in ad) we were met by a rude woman who hung up on us & when I called back Gary Dell answered the phone & rudely stated ""can I speak to the person coaching you in the background?"" (MY WIFE?!?) When she got on the line he refused to give her ANY details on the specific ad stating that there are over 400 rentals you handle. She TRIED to explain that she was calling about the ad THEY placed - he started yelling & over-talking. Then after hanging up on her HE CALLED BACK to our home phone & started yelling at us again.
We called to get details on a home for rent -- never have either of us experienced such rude incompetent unprofessional scammers in our lives. This Company has already been reported to the Craigslist officials and the BBB in our area, as well as any other sites I can find to warn people!!
SHAME on Rental Homes of America for doing business in this way in this economy in this country!!!!
