Review content:
I lived at Genesis Properties for four years, it was a home away from home since it was my first apartment in the big city. The staff is friendly and so helpful with any questions that I had. Maintenance staff was courteous and informative with any maintenance requests that I encountered, though, parking is somewhat of a problem, since my home was in the city, but that?s anywhere in Richmond, and it was only an extra $50 or so a month, where other places to park were around $70 or so. I've lived at two different buildings with Genesis Properties and both apartments were a perfect match to what I wanted at that time, nice wood floors, big windows, had a spacious bedroom, stainless steel appliances (which with the granite countertops, looked sophisticated and eloquent). That is one thing that I am going to miss about living in Richmond, besides some of the best restaurants, my apartment that I called home for the past four years. I strongly recommend choosing your perfect home in Richmond with Genesis Properties. Pros: Spacious rooms, great location, friendly community Cons: parking, on occasions can be somewhat loud, elevators are kinda slow
