Review content:
If you are thinking of moving in be sure you are ok with not having any friends over. Guest parking is horrible, if you arrive after sundown you likely will not find any guest spots available near your unit and possibly not find one in the complex. If someone is parked in your spot they may or may not have the car towed out of your spot if you contact security who says they will only tow repeat offenders. This is if they even answer the phone or return your call, of the 5 times people have parked in our reserved spot security has ignored us 4 times. Several of the units are rented to or have more cars assigned to units than that unit has reserved spots therefore many of the guest spots are used by residents. It will look as if there is plenty of parking this is due to the high number of foreclosures and abandoned properties, those reserved spots are obviously not being used. Finally do not plan on enjoying the pool or common areas with your friends or family as only two guests are allowed in the common areas and this will be enforced by the rent a cop security who has nothing else to do. ""Sean Levy"" may be a nice guy he does however take his job too seriously and does not understand the words disorderly or misconduct. We recently had a gathering of 7 unit owners, spouses, and 10 or so guests (four below our maximum) and while there was no one else at the pool, no loud music, and were kicked out at 6PM. Think twice about moving in here!
