Review content:
I've been to this cleaner for three years and I've had constant weekly business with them. I've had torn shirts or odd smudges I have not seen before I've sent them off, but never complained or second guessed the manager. Finally when I voiced my complaint about a particular expensive white shirt, she tells me that she does not want my business anymore! Although I've had them redo shirts that do come back clean a second time (which would then show that they don't do a thorough job in the beginning) I've never complained about a torn shirt and that sets her off to say that I ask too much!!! For the record, within three years I've had maybe 15 redos give or take a few, but thats hardly anything that amounts to a customer who comes in weekly with a 3-8 articles of clothes. Yes a business has a right to refuse service, but it's wrong when the business ends up ripping your shirt!!!
Pros: open from 7AM till 7PM
Cons: they'll insult you, not clean and rip your shirt, parking is generally bad in La Jolla Village square
