Review content:
This week I had an Andy on Call serviceman come to my North Charlotte home to repair rotted wood and a hole, as well as to place a 2' x 2' meshing over a grated window frame. The repairman's attempt to repair the wood consisted of wrapping vinyl & tacking it over the wood, then smearing caulk on top of it. He handed me a bill for $300 for service, as well as an attached receipt from Lowe's where he purchased various supplies, as well as a hammer tacker ($20), staples ($3.22), snippers ($13.97) & a role of vinyl flashing for $25 for his own personal use and added the charges to my bill. All the items were placed in his own vehicle. Not only was this man a 'back yard repairman' but also a thief. Shame on Andy on Call for not screening the carpenters they hire and for not following-up with the clients served.
