I have had nothing but excellent service and care from Lauren, Dr. Halliday and the entire staff. They are indeed professional, and Lauren was so careful to inform me of possible side effects/discomfort, what to do for it, what over the counter products to purchase, etc. Never any pressure and never anything but clean, sterile, professional and most definitely enjoyable trips to the office. I cannot speak for the other reviewer, but this seems like a series of misunderstandings more than anything else. And I frankly find it hard to believe that the reviewers husband received burns from Lauren or any other staff member.
Pros: Great place, they are truly pros!
