Review content:
Called Walmart on Samuel Blvd twice to ask to be transfered to a certain department. Both times I was put on hold for several minutes. I hung up and called again and explained all I wanted to do was ask a question about availability of a product. The lady on the phone said, ""We are short handed."" You will just have to wait on the phone until someone can get to it. Now isn't that rude! Isn't this becoming a standard with Walmart stories in general? I mean when you go shopping on the busiest days. It's like annoying trying to check out because there are like 6 people at registers.
