I have made several attempts to reach the Vallejo California office all morning long and it is now 1:23pm PST and still no answer. I am in the process of hiring an attorney inregards to my brother. I was told that my brothers social security worker has her daughter as my brothers payee in which my brother is only recieving $30.00 a month. I am very upset and i cannot believe that a social worker there would take advantage of my mentally ill brother and have her brother take his money. Isn't he suffering enough? I will be calling the local police department dfor fraud charges on my brothers payee and as for the social worker she should have been properly trained that this choice she made to assign her daughter is a conflict of interest. I will call Timeshearld newspaper of Vallejo as well to inform anyone with a disabled family member in the SSI system that they do a FULL INVESTAGATION!!!!
