Buyer beware, dont purchase projection TV. I wish Best Buy would have protected us as a loyal customer. Every 12 months the bulb on the TV burns out. After some research, this is the scam that the industry has planned for us, reliable tv with a cost of $200-$300 per year. Warranty only covers 1st bulb, sure you can spend more of your hard earned dallors and get an extended warranty, but they only cover the bulb for 90 days. hmmm guess they know the bulbs burn out quickly. Just another fine example of how to steel the consumers hard earned money. Shame on you best buy for not warning us of this hassle and cost. Oh I almost forgot, the bulb has burnt out twice, once every 12 months, and on a weekend when we cannot get a replacment. so we are screwed and cant watch TV for the weekend. $2100 for a TV, cant watch for a week until we get a bulb. Life is not getting better, these manufacterers and companies are getting greedier. Pros: They have products, but should protect customers. Cons: Dont care about customers, only care about money.
