I had a negative experience with Clair Pruett. I guess it really depends on which photographer they assign to your wedding. My photos were nothing like the sample pictures they show you in their sample albums. Many of my photos were blurry, my photographer was slow during the day of the wedding (not what you want when the day goes by so fast anyway), the photographer missed several traditional photo opportunities, and I didn't have the variety of pictures I was hoping for. I was very disappointed with the studio overall, including their customer service, follow-up, and timeliness, and picture quality.
