The wait can't really be a con. It was Valentine's day. To be expected. We did have a reservation though. We showed about 10 minutes early and were told there was still about a half hour wait. But their lounge area to wait in was very nice. That said, Hands down the best steak I've ever had. I ordered the cowboy rib-eye on the waitress' recommendation. I was not disappointed. I had the crabcake add-on and again was not disappointed. They didn't overfill the restaurant like some places do on Valentine's. Very well-informed staff. Well worth the heavy dollar.
