Review content:
The customer service from the manager of this business is the worst I have ever seen. When we dropped off my daughters 1st communion dress and some comforters we advised the staff we were not in a hurry to pick them up. a little over a month went by I was out of work due to an illness. When I called the manager and advised I needed the dress I would pay for half the bill pick up the dress then come back less than 2 weeks later with the balance to pick up the comforter he was upset the items were there for so long and if I didn't come in and pick all of it up he would donate it all to goodwill. I asked how it was logical to refuse even half the money now he then repeated his statement and hung up on me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!
