Review content:
I called to make arrangements to get my car out, and Diane was extremely rude, yelling at me even though I was never impolite to her. She screamed at me about how it's my responsibility to pick up the phone and call her. I pointed out that I did pick up the phone and call her, which is why I was talking to her. I asked her name, and she rudely informed me she was the owner of the company. Diane refused to help me make arrangements to get my car. I let her know that I would be speaking to several people about her unprofessional manner and bad attitude, to which she yelled at me and hung up. There is no reason for her bad attitude. Not to mention they are charging $30 a day including for Friday when they picked the car up at 9p, the fourth of July, and Sunday. I would rather push my car across Pittsburgh than to call this towing company ever again.
