Review content:
Broke the front passenger seat to my car during cleaning. Response when car came out of cleaning ""was your seat always making that grinding sound"". Subsequent efforts to resolve problem or get some sort of compensation were rebuked. When things go well, they probably do a good job. Just hope that nothing goes wrong during the process with your expensive vehicle, because they'll deny any responsibility.
