I like the idea of a women's-only gym, but this place is really expensive compared to places like Planet Fitness who only charge you $10/month. I am not overweight, just went there to stay in shape. But if I didn't get to the gym for a few days, I would get calls at home CONSTANTLY from the trainers wanting to know where I was, and why I wasn't coming in to the gym. When I would finally make it back into the gym, the trainers would make me feel guilty asking - ""where were you???!"" At first I thought it was just the trainers being motivating, but the phone calls at home are constant and even when I haven't been back there in a year, I STILL get calls saying they haven't seen me in a while and that I need to come back! I guess it's good if you need that kind of annoying motivation, but it wasn't for me. It was a HUGE turn-off. I just wanted to go work out when I felt like it and I wanted the trainers to just leave me alone!! If I wanted their help, I would ask for it! Plus, there aren't many machines and there is often a very long wait. Pros: Women only Cons: Very expensive, Trainers are annoying
