Today, I'm going to tell you about the best Chinese food in this city. I'ts dispensed at the restaurant called Golden Phoenix in Fairport. (Note that I have eaten chinese food in most big cities in the US, and several places around the world, including China. My opinion comes from serious research for almost 50 years. Also note that I have no participation in the business.) I just love the food I ordered and I strongly recommend this 23-year-old good restaurant.
