Review content:
As my doctor recommended, I visited the Kingston Plaza office for a month. That time, I was so happy because my therapists were so professional, friendly and confident. When my first term session was ended, I decided to continue the therapy further more at same office. One day, I made a phone call for new appointment, at that time a receptionist was extremely rude and offensive manner to me. There was the reason that probably mede her frustrated at first because the phone connection was not clear between us, as a result, she hang up on me. When I called again, she picked up the phone again, and started showing her frustration to me as if I was tesing her. She said ,'what do you want?"" I said, ""I just want to make an appointment. Sorry, my phone connection was not clear before"". Even I was trying to nice to her, her anger( I still do not know why she got so upset that much) was never ended. Finally, I told how I felt and disgusted by her rude attitude, and ask her name. Then she just hang up on me again. There is no appointment and I never go back to the same office again.
