I have been using Service Pro's for the past 5 years. My home warranty company suggested them for my maintence contract and I have since gotten rid of the home warranty company and kept my maintence contract. Every time I have ever called, with a question or service I have always been treated with the highest respect. From the office staff to the technicains I have been grateful to have them. They are so helpful and honest. I had a call once because my air was not blowing cold and the tech came out and checked the A/C only to find a clogged filter. Did he try to get me to buy a bunch of things or upgrade to something else? NO he told me honestly what was wrong and even told me where to get better filters. I trust them. That says a lot from me. My husband used to say I didn't believe the moon came out at night if I didn't see it for myself! They call you 30 min before they come also that way you don't have to wait all day for someone to be there. I enjoy the people there and the service they provide and I believe I know they all by name now! They are how businesses used to be. HONEST not an easy find anymore.
