Where do I begin? The website and pictures lead you to belive this is a quaint bucolic setting. Nothing could be further from the truth. All fixtures in the room and bath were loose. The towel bar was falling off the wall. My poor husband sat on the toilet and almost fell off when the seat slid. The seat on the desk chair wasn't attached to the frame. A shower door was missing a handle. The steambath & whirlpool were 2 reasons we wanted to stay here. They were both inoperable. Wallpaper peeling. Room smelled musty. WiFi erratic if at all. And highpoint was when the boiler cut out in mid-shower on me! No hot water for 2 days. We left. the staff was rude and uncaring. Downright nasty. When my husband called to tell them the hot water was gone, they hung up on him!
