Review content:
Beware of this place. Horrific approach to customer relationships and service department is nothing more than a typical chop shop. Brought in a 2001 pathfinder for service (this car has cost most than it's book value in service), was willing to pay the premium at the dealership to ensure a quality job was done (big mistake). Was quoted 1.5-2 hours for simple job - brakes, oil change and tire rotation, ended up sitting and waiting for 5 hours. Was charged for four hours of labor and was told that ""their most meticulous mechanic"" had been working on the engine. Was told that they had taken the car on a test drive to ensure things were in working order, even though there is a one way entry/exit and never saw the car leave. (Finally) left the shop and realized that A/C was no longer working. Brought in vehicle next day, asked them to fix the A/C that their meticulous mechanic clearly screwed up. Service manager was one of the sloppiest, most ignorant people I have ever encountered in a customer service role, whose only reply to my problem was ""I need to get paid"". He assumed I was out for a freebie (i suppose this is typical for a con artist - they assume everyone is out to con them as well). Eventually went to manager of the dealership, who told me that the A/C was an ""unrelated"" issue and there was nothing they could no. Nice racket they have going here, sell you a car with chronic problems and then take advantage of you when servicing it.
